Note: Because we sell perishable food items, we have a strict policy to ensure food safety.

  • Perishable Goods: Fresh meat cannot be returned once delivered and accepted. This is for health and safety reasons.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong cut of meat or if the vacuum seal/packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, please notify the driver immediately or contact us via WhatsApp at +961 71 966 402 within 2 hours of receipt.
  • Refunds: If an error was made on our part (wrong weight, wrong item), we will provide a store credit, a replacement, or a refund via the original payment method.
  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Once the meat has been butchered and prepared for your specific order, cancellations are no longer possible.

2. Delivery & Shipping Policy

We strive to get our farm-fresh products to your kitchen as quickly and safely as possible.

  • Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to Jbeil, Jouneih, Beirut, batroun.
  • Cold Chain Guarantee: All meat is transported in temperature-controlled environments or insulated cooler boxes to ensure it arrives fresh and safe to eat.
  • Delivery Times: WE DELIVER FRESH & FAST, EVERY WEDNESDAY RIGHT TO YOUR DOOR!
    • We do not deliver on [Sundays/Holidays] .
  • Delivery Fees: Fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Receipt of Goods: An adult must be present to receive the delivery. Since the product is perishable, we cannot leave meat unattended at a doorstep or with a building concierge unless they have a refrigerated area.
