Pork Hub began with a bold decision: stop depending on unreliable suppliers and create a pork operation we could trust with our name on it. After Lebanon’s economic crisis, our family came together—each bringing their skills to the table—to launch a farm, a butchery, and a brand rooted in transparency and tradition.

Today, we control every step of the process—from raising our pigs to preparing each order—to bring Lebanese families and food businesses fresh, high-quality pork they can rely on.

Built on Craft. Backed by Family

Our story began with our father—a seasoned butcher—who returned to his roots after retirement to lead our in-house butchering. With decades of experience and unmatched skill, he brought traditional methods and precision back to life in our shop. Every cut reflects his expertise, and every product upholds the standards he taught us.

At the same time, our mother began preparing sauces and recipes from scratch, preserving flavors from our home kitchen. Our brothers stepped in as well—one managing the farm and feeding operations, the other overseeing veterinary care and inspections. Together, we built Pork Hub not just as a business, but as a family mission to deliver honest, high-quality pork to Lebanon.
