1. Product Accuracy (Weight & Butchery)
- Approximate Weights: In the butchery industry, it is nearly impossible to cut meat to the exact gram requested. When you order a specific weight (e.g., 1kg of pork chops), the final weight may vary slightly.
- Pricing: You will be charged based on the final weighed price. If the weight is significantly different from your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp/Phone before dispatch.
- Images: Photos on the website are for illustrative purposes. The actual cut of meat may vary in appearance (fat content, marbling, etc.).
2. Pricing and Payments
- Currency: All prices are listed in [USD/LBP]. Due to market fluctuations in Lebanon, prices are subject to change without notice.
- Payment Methods: We accept [Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit Card, or Whish Money].
- Payment at Delivery: For COD orders, payment must be made in full to the courier before the package is handed over.
3. Order Acceptance & Refusal
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in the description or price, or suspicion of a fraudulent transaction.
- If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.
4. Use of the Website
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website and make a purchase.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- Any “trolling,” “spamming,” or unauthorized use of the website name “Pork Hub” is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Pork Hub and its owners shall not be held liable for any foodborne illness or injury resulting from the improper storage, handling, or undercooking of our products once they have been delivered to the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to refrigerate/freeze the meat immediately upon receipt.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lebanon.
